POSTOPERATIVE BILE LEAKAGE DURING CHOLECYSTECTOMY FROM MINI ACCESS ON THE BACKGROUND OF OBESITY AND WAYS TO IMPROVE RESULTS

Abstract
Currently, the frequency of bile leakage (BL) in the structure of postoperative complications ranges from 0.53-6.3%. The reasons for the development of postoperative BL are diverse [Lebedev N.V., 2021]. Despite a large number of publications, there is no generally accepted treatment strategy, and the results of surgical treatment are not always satisfactory [SeonUngYun, 2017].
