READING IN A FOREIGN LANGUAGE AND ITS ROLE IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN A NON-LINGUISTIC UNIVERSITY

Abstract

The article discusses the role of reading as a type of speech activity in teaching foreign languages ​​in a non-linguistic university. Much attention is paid to the main types of reading, and their classification. The article emphasizes the importance of developing students’ flexible reading skills using modern computer technologies.
