PECULIARITIES OF THE ORIGIN OF CONFLICT PROBLEMS OF PROTECTION OF PERSONAL PROPERTY RIGHTS IN SOCIAL NETWORKS

Abstract

This article discusses the protection of personal non-property rights in social networks and the resulting problems of collisions, cyber attacks aimed at personal data and various types of cyber threats and means of protection against them.
