EFFECTS OF TREATMENT OF PLANT MILKS IN AN ULTRASONIC HOMOGENIZER ON MILK PARAMETERS
Abstract
Plant milk is an emulsion consisting of particles of plant tissues extracted in water. During the combustion process, the particles may not shrink to the required level and may not combine with the added water. It is necessary to homogenize such an emulsion. The most modern method of homogenization of plant milk is ultrasonic homogenization.
