HALTING FAMILY CONFLICTS THROUGH MEDIATION
Abstract
the article analyzes the importance, essence, problems of mediation in resolving family disputes, issues such as an increase in pressure on judicial bodies as a result of demographic growth of the population in our country, and, moreover, as a result of an increase in the legal consciousness of the population, it is considered more acceptable for the population to resolve family disputes The article concluded that the use of mediation would work well because it would be easy for couples to understand and accept the legal, spiritual and material damages of divorce, and if the right advice to them was done by professional people.
