TERMINOLOGY WITH THE PREPOSITION “OF” IN SYSTEM OF OIL AND GAS IN THE ENGLISH AND UZBEK LANGUAGES
Abstract
Terminology of any sphere of science denotes the specialty, nominating objects and actions in that domain of life where engineers work with and use. Terminology of petroleum engineering consists of different prepositions “of” and others. However, if the terminology using with the preposition gives different meaning, additional meaning to terminology. Terminology plays important role in the sphere of oil and gas because it provides main ideas about the industry. This paper highlights some features of terminological system of oil and gas in English and Uzbek languages.
