INTERNATIONAL PRINCIPLES OF CORPORATE GOVERNANCE
Abstract
The term corporate governance has become enough well-known although it is not a new. Actually, it is all about how to make significant decisions and implement them in corporations or not implementing them. As businesses are growing drastically and competition is very high today, ways of owning and handling companies are also so crucial for future prospects, hence models and fundamentals of Corporate Governance are being widely taken into consideration and accomplished.
