PROCESSES OF OPEN MINING OF VERTICALLY LOCATED ORE LAYERS IN MINING ENTERPRISES

Abstract

In the Republic of Uzbekistan, there are great opportunities for improving the technology of open pit mining and increasing their efficiency in mining enterprises. In mining enterprises laid in temporary storage of rocks and leaves a temporary basset edge inside the quarry. This is the reason in the initial stages of exploitation of quarries, it is intended to reduce the volume of mining and cleaning works. Overspending in mining enterprises it is recommended to reduce costs and increase the productivity of the mining enterprise in the planning process of step-by-step mining. Stepwise formation open constructions and development technologies should ensure the implementation of the dynamics of the working zone, and in mining enterprises, if the ore shaft is located in a vertical position there are planned volumes of mining and opportunities for their rapid development at the same time. These processes are open pit mining different stages are performed. In the mining industry, there are mainly objective trends of deterioration of technology and mining geology. The creation of steps and columns can be caused by the decision to reconstruct quarry. In this case, the limit of the available final pit serves to push. The process of creating a temporary basset fringe the movement of the loading surfaces was carried out when the mine reached the stage of abandonment. Development of deposits in the mine in some cases, the stages allow to ensure the economic feasibility of mining and the required level of income will be spent. Authors mentioned about the need to form a temporary edge of the ore body in a vertical position in the ground of the ore body under the conditions of changing mining conditions and the economic situation.
