IMPROVING PHYSICAL CULTURE

Abstract

Physical education for people prefers such physical exercises that make low demands on the body and are easily dosed according to the load. Physical education focuses on increasing overall endurance, flexibility, coordination of movements, exercises for the development of strength and speed are much less important.

However, physical education for people with disabilities should certainly be in the first place. It has been scientifically proven that physical education for people, even started for the first time in old age, still helps to significantly reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, improves the immune system.
