Abstract

In the content and development of the qualities of personality creativity, there are great pedagogical and psychological opportunities, and the correct Organization of theoretical research and practical activities plays a decisive role in its realization. In this regard, the organization of professional creativity of the future mukhandis-pedagogical personnel occupies a special place with its versatility and possession of a complex complex structure.
