PROFESSIONAL TRAINING IS THE BASIS OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING
Abstract
The role and importance of psychological-pedagogical factors affecting the professional formation of a specialist is shown in the article. It has been revealed that professional training is especially important in personal development. At the same time, the mechanisms of harmonizing professional training with reflexive processes were analyzed.
