DESCRIPTION OF BARK BEETLES

Abstract

The article provides a general description of insects belonging to the subfamily of bark-eating beetles of the family of hardy. These insects live under the bark of trees and shrubs and feed on the cambium, pulp and a little wood of the bark. As a result, trees and bushes get sick and slow down their growth, their yield decreases or they completely dry up.
