THEORETICAL CONSIDERATIONS RELATED TO THE TERM AND TERMINOLOGY IN LINGUISTICS

Abstract

In this article, the rapid development of language and literature, science and technology, production and digital economy, the sudden changes and integration processes taking place in the countries of the world, within the framework of intensive mutual influence of the world's languages, are a continuous improvement of the lexical vocabulary. It is said that it will create a ground for expansion. If we turn our attention to the word "termin", it means "terminus" - in the medieval Latin language "to define, define". According to the authors of the Oxford dictionary, it was under the influence of this meaning that the word "term" - "term" was formed in English. Although the words given in each dictionary are aimed at revealing the word term, they are interpreted differently, but in terms of meaning, we can see that it contains the general aspects and all the features of this word, of course.
