SOCIAL PSYCHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF CONDUCTING FORENSIC PSYCHOLOGICAL EXAMINATION OF MINORS

Abstract

It is being implemented in the Republic of Uzbekistan the main reforms that fully cover all spheres of society's life its purpose is to protect the rights and freedoms of citizens, the peace of society and to ensure stability, mutual harmony between peoples and citizens aimed at preservation. In particular, the court is engaged in the implementation of reforms in the field of law, in our country and now a sufficient legal framework has been formed and is being further improved. Here on June 1, 2010 "On Forensic Expertise" adoption of laws and reforms implemented in our country it embraces humanitarian ideas and the main focus of reforms is man rights as a high value by the world community is recognized. In this article, the organization and implementation of forensic psychological examination laws in the Republic of Uzbekistan it is about the uniqueness of the achievement.
