TO DETERMINE THE RENEWAL INDEX OF DRUGS PREPARED ON THE BASIS OF SNAKE VENOM, WHICH ARE ALLOWED TO BE USED IN MEDICAL PRACTICE IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN.
Abstract
In recent years, scientists have been increasingly interested in animal poisons.
Among poisonous animals, snakes are especially important. In ancient times, doctors prepared medicinal mixtures from cobra venom and plant or animal products and used them in cases of cholera, tuberculosis, fever, and coma. Based on them, drugs used abroad for psoriasis, dermatitis, eczema, acne, allergic rashes, asthma, hemorrhoids, hypertension, and joint pain have been created. Scientific research in this regard is also being conducted in our republic. This, in turn, will serve to expand the range of drugs prepared on the basis of snake venom in the national pharmaceutical market.
